The City of Wildwood enlisted Human Nature in a collaborative process to design the Village Green in the heart of downtown Wildwood, a suburb of St. Louis, MO. Throughout the extensive 3-phase public engagement process, Human Nature identified the unique spirit of the site and community in pursuit of a preliminary and final site masterplan. Several concept alternatives were generated that explored a variety of site access and connectivity strategies, building/facilities locations and configurations, habitat preservation/restoration strategies, educational demonstration opportunities, types and locations of recreational facilities, sustainable site and building elements, and essential programmatic and functional
relationships.
