Human Nature is collaborating with the City of Franklin to create a dynamic riverfront experience that complements Downtown Main Street streetscape enhancements. The project establishes a lively civic crossroads and aligns with river slope layback strategies aimed at fostering a closer connection with the river while shielding development from flood risks. In addition, the plan balances new development opportunities with riverfront park improvements by closing River Road and reinforcing regional greenway and blueway connections along the Great Miami River corridor. Working closely with civil engineer CT and river hydrology engineer Stantec, we are currently developing construction documents for the first phase of improvements, ensuring an engaging and sustainable riverfront environment for the community.
