Human Nature and McBride Dale Clarion have teamed with Deerfield Township to create a Corridor Plan for Route 22/3. The plan aims to optimize the development and use of the corridor to support the community’s goals and vision of economic development, vibrant and friendly environments, enhanced connectivity, and sustainable growth. As part of this effort, a conceptual streetscape design was developed that captures the beauty of the community and integrates public amenities. Traveling on Route 22/3, the user will experience green gateways with meandering tree lined multi-use paths that pass pocket-parks and pedestrian amenities. The center of the design climaxes at the Twenty-Mile Stand crossroads where businesses cluster and a new urban plaza resurfaces and celebrates historic identity.
