Theodore M. Berry International Friendship Park

project description

Human Nature collaborated with EDAW and a multidisciplinary team of consultants from master planning through implementation of the master plan for this 20 acre half-mile park. The overall concept for this park was inspired by a friendship bracelet, with the path of man and the path of nature intertwined. There are charms on the bracelet that are represented by themed gardens, major works of public art, earthworks, culturally symbolic features and a preserved riparian shoreline.
